Telebrands warrants the Coleman® FishPen™ to be free from malfunctions and defects in both materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. The bearer of this certificate is entitled to replacement of his/her Coleman® FishPen™ in accordance with the following procedures:

1. All parts and or attachments must be returned, with letter stating reason for dissatisfaction.
2. Unit must fail to perform as specified in owner’s manual.
3. Enclose this original certificate and a $7.99 check or money order (DO NOT SEND CASH) for shipping and handling.
4. Ship unit via UPS or by any other means that is convenient to shipper. Please keep in mind that proof of shipment and receipt of goods by our fulfillment center rests on the shipper. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing.
5. The company may replace your Coleman® FishPen™ with a similar unit or brand of same or better quality, or refund the cost of this warranty if no such unit is available.
